Refund Policy

We review each refund request on an individual basis and endeavour to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Please be sure to chose carefully as Ayurda does not refund for incorrect product choices.

Any problems or product defects upon receipt of goods must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt.

Please contact customer@ayurda.com.au or (03) 5261 6328 before returning anything to ensure the most appropriate outcome.

Any refunds will be reimbursed using the same method used to make payment for the order. Return postage will be reimbursed in the case of damaged, defective or incorrectly sent items (as determined by Ayurda) and will be credited using the same method used to pay for the order. Since we use a secure payment system, we do require your credit card details to process your refund.
