If you are new to using Ayurda, it is a great idea to take our ‘Skin Questionnaire’ to determine the products best suited to your skin type. This will be indicated throughout our online store by either a green, orange or blue dot for Vata, Pitta and Kapha respectively. Please click on one of the product categories to see the selection of products we offer where you can find information on ‘Learn more’, ‘How to use it’ and ‘Ingredients’ for each product.
We would like to assure you that this is a totally secure site, monitored by Direct One Payment Solutions. Your credit card details are decrypted and payment is processed by our bank – therefore we don’t see or store your credit card details.
We guarantee same-day-turnaround on orders placed by 12 noon and we ship internationally.
If we can not fill the order for any reason you will be advised within two working days via email or phone.

How do I cancel an order?
The best way is to call or email us ASAP and we will cancel it. You must remember that in most cases, orders placed are dispatched the same or next business day. Orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled and will have to be posted back at the expense of the customer. As long as the packaging is in original condition, a full refund less postage will be provided.

Refund Policy
Any problems with items you receive must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt. We guarantee money back refund without question if you are dissatisfied in any way. Items must be returned in the original condition in which they were received.
Our site is aimed at customers who have already purchased and experienced the product, If you have ordered the wrong product, then you can still return for a full refund but please note that the items must be unopened and unused.
If there is any defect in the product on receipt then it may be returned to us for a refund at that time.
Please contact customer@ayurda.com.au before returning anything so we can inform you where to send and how to arrange the refund.
Returned items will be refunded using the same method used to make payment for the order. Return postage will be reimbursed in case of damaged, defective or incorrectly sent items and will be credited using the same method used to pay for the order.
